Replacement tubular exhaust manifold for the Subaru Impreza WRX or STi with the EJ20 engine.
This manifold has 1.5″ ID runners which come together and go into a precat replacing 2.25″ ID up-pipe. The flange between the manifold and the up-pipe is a v-band which means there is no gasket in that area to fail which is a common problem when you start to tune the EJ engine.

Fits turbo cars made between 1992 and 2005, with the single inlet TD04 or TD05 turbo.
This is still an unequal length manifold so you will keep the unique sound of that boxer flat four.
The manifold has the ports for the lambda and temp sensors.
This manifold uses a V-Band assembly which will leak if not properly installed. V-Band assemblies do not use a gasket and therefore will require a light smear of high temp RTV silicone to establish a gas tight seal. It is also critical that the flanges are perfectly aligned before the clamp is fully tightened to seal the joint.
This part will increase power especially at higher RPM where the gases are able to flow better.
This can be very tight to the sump on some models and occasionally requires the sump to have a minor modification or you can just fit the twin scroll sump. It not essential but you can heat wrap the manifold for further performance gains.
