Vauxhall Astra J VXR Primary Decat Turbo Downpipe Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipe, 09-15
This pipe replaces the primary cat which is just after the turbo with a straight through pipe. It is made from 70mm tube which gives excellent flow and able to handle high horsepower applications if the turbo has had its boost increased.
Fits all Astra J (Mk6) VXRs from 2009 to 2015
Comes with everything you see in the pictures including gaskets and bolts. Please note 2 x lambda bosses are supplied separately – this differs from the design pictured – and these will need to be welded into place once correctly aligned on to your vehicle. This allows for adjustability for those using aftermarket ECUs.
Made by Malian Exhausts from high quality stainless steel and complete with a full fitting kit this exhaust is really easy to fit and will last for many years to come. All welds are done using TIG for ultimate quality and looks.
Fitting this pipe to your car should not result in a MOT fail assuming you still have the secondary cat fitted, it isn’t legal to run on roads in the UK, for other countries please contact your relevant Government department.
Once fitted the car will have more power and less turbo lag.
